Our Prep running team spent a great afternoon at Rossall School, overlooking Blackpool beach, for the Junior Cross Country Championships.

Well done to all our runners, many of whom experienced the challenge of cross country running for the first time, and who did well in the conditions. Of particular note were the Prep IV runners, who did extremely well running in an older age group. They have certainly gained some valuable experience for future races.  Special mention must go to Victor and Joe, who came 5th and 18th respectively in the Prep V Boys’ race, and to Florence who came 12th in the Prep VI Girls’ race.
