Fifi, Isabel, and Erin arrived at the Salford Schools Cross Country event ready to take on their first ever competitive race. Despite a mix of nerves and excitement, the girls represented themselves and their school brilliantly, completing the course with determination and finishing with big smiles.

Prep V’s Joe was outstanding once again. Last year, he was dominant in the Year 4 Boys’ races, so stepping up to race with the Year 5 and 6 boys was a big step for him. Unfortunately, at the first corner in the race he was tripped up and went stumbling to the ground, got up and fought his way past over sixty boys to finish an amazing 11th.

Well done to all of you.
