We always enjoy hearing of the achievements of our children outside of school, and it is lovely to start the term with news of high-flyer James, from Prep I. During the school holidays, James took part in his very first trampolining competition. He rose to the occasion in some style, finishing in first place!
Competing at the Regional Trampolining Competition in Wigan, James was representing City of Salford Trampolining Club. He rose above the competition with a confident routine and finished top of the standings. A fantastic achievement and a great start to his competitive journey.
James’ older sister Hannah, now in Year 7, is also a keen trampolinist, and her competitive journey will be taking her to Kettering and Cardiff for League Competitions and The English Championships – some of her skills have clearly rubbed off!
Well done both!
