Twelve Prep students arrived at the first Salford Schools Cross Country race on Saturday nervous and slightly anxious. But once they started their races, they did themselves and the school proud. Cross country is hard and takes a lot of determination and mental strength to participate in, so well done to all runners who took part.  Special congratulations should go to Prep IV’s Joe, who came a very impressive 2nd in the Year 3 and 4 boys’ race, and to Florence who came 6th in the Year 5 and 6 girls’ race.

The next race is on  Saturday 30th November 2024.

Race 3: Saturday 14th December 2024

Race 4: Saturday 18th January 2025

Venue: Buile Hill Park, Eccles Old Rd, Salford M6 8GL

Thanks to the wonderful Mrs Tunney for her enthusiastic approach with the children, she totally supports them all and is always so proud of them, Florence loves running with her on the side lines cheering for her x
