The Prep V netball team delivered an outstanding performance this week, securing an impressive 20–2 victory over James Brindley. From the first whistle, the team showed determination, focus and a real desire to work together.
Toban and Claudia were on exceptional form in the shooting circle, scoring a number of well-placed goals between them. Their accuracy and calmness under pressure helped the team build a strong lead early on. Darcy and Alice also added confidently to the overall tally, ensuring the scoreboard reflected the dominance shown throughout the match.
Across the court, every player contributed to the win. The defenders worked tirelessly to intercept passes and disrupt James Brindley’s attack, while the mid-court players moved the ball quickly and effectively, showing much improved teamwork and communication.
Player of the Match was deservedly awarded to Claudia for her consistent shooting and excellent movement. A special thank you also goes to Toban, who stepped in at the last minute and proved to be a fantastic addition to the team.
