Reception Class went up to Rivington Reservoir to look at the beautiful changes in the Autumnal environment. It’s great to escape school sometimes to just blow off the cobwebs and have some lovely fresh air. The colours of the trees are breathtaking and the children thoroughly enjoyed collecting objects for our nature table in class. We loved the ‘walk-by’ from the cows and the friendly locals who enjoy a good chat! The children’s behaviour was exemplary and Mrs Williams and Mrs. Prichard were very proud to take the children out of the classroom and into the local environment.
