A Prep VI handball team travelled to Beech House School today, eager to showcase their skills. In the pool games, our team secured a 12-0 victory over Beech House and a 8-4 win over Alderly Edge, before narrowly losing 3-5 to Forest Park.

As group runners up, they played the winners in the opposite group, Brabyns. In a tightly contested game, they eventually ran out 4-2 winners, securing their place in the final.

Once again, Forest Park were the opposition and once again it was a tight but fiercely contested game. Despite their best efforts, once more it was a two point margin of defeat as they went down 7-5.

Well done to all the players who played really well to reach the stage of the tournament that they did.

It was a close game indeed. We all did well very close to winning.
