What a fantastic morning in our Prep department today. In support of the BBC’s Children in Need appeal, the whole department went out into Worsley Woods this morning for a ramble. The weather was favourable, the colours in the woods stunning, and it was lovely to see all of our children enjoying their surroundings. It is possible to support their fundraising page here: Donation page
On our return to school, our children formed a guard of honour for the BBC’s Greater Manchester Radio presenter Jack Deardon, who popped in to school as part of his ‘Pound the Streets for Pudsey Campaign’. He was given a rapturous reception. You can hear his reception, and subsequent interview with Yasmine and Mr. Rooney, here if you scroll through to 46 minutes (after Tom Jones!): Yasmine, Mr. Rooney and Jack Dearden
Well done Prep!!
So so proud of you all & of our amazing school raising money for this fab cause!!
