Prep III went back in time to prehistoric Britain today. They started the morning by gathering around the fire pit in an Iron Age round house. The children asked lots of interesting questions and were keen to find out more. Next they had a go at making clay pots using the coil technique. This was followed by an archaeological dig outside where they discovered all kinds of historical artefacts. Finally, the children found out about all of the objects they had uncovered and they even had a go at making their own flour.
