What do you get when you mix giant slides, wobbly bridges, and lots of muddy fun? An unforgettable day at Crocky Trails, of course!
This week, our Prep III and Year IV pupils had the chance to visit one of the most exciting outdoor adventure parks around—and what a day it was! From the moment we stepped off the bus, there were squeals of excitement and big smiles all around.
The children were quick to explore everything Crocky Trails had to offer. Whether it was zooming down the giant slides, balancing on the rope swings, or crawling through tunnels, there was something for everyone. The trails themselves were a perfect mix of challenge and fun—just the right amount of “muddy” to make it feel like a real adventure.
Many of our brave students pushed themselves to try something new. From conquering the wobble bridge to taking a leap of faith on the spinning disc, it was brilliant to see their confidence grow as the day went on.
Not only was this a day of outdoor fun, but it was also a chance to practise teamwork, resilience, and independence. The encouragement between classmates was wonderful to hear—lots of “you can do it!” and “I’ll help you!” moments all around.
Teachers were proud to see both classes supporting each other, showing excellent behaviour, and embracing every part of the day with enthusiasm.
The bus ride home was a little quieter (for once!) and children watch Sing 2 kindly out on by our lovely bus driver and some fell asleep.
We can’t wait for our next trip—but Crocky Trails will be hard to beat!
Thank you to our bus driver at Tyrers, Crocky Trails and the staff that came on the trip.
