…you’d have most likely been trampled by one of the 48 runners from Prep III, IV, V and VI who ventured out this lunchtime! With our usual Cross Country Club runners (we had 32 last week) and the added encouragement of trials for Mrs. Tunney’s forthcoming cross country events, it was an excellent turnout. No bears this week, lots of dislodged shoes stuck in the mud, and a choc ice awaiting us on our return to school – what more could you ask for?

If you go down to the woods today…
It was so fun and it is helping my fitness
Oliver, Prep 6
I enjoyed cross country this week. Even though it was sticky, cold, wet and muddy, it was still fun! 48 runners is alot and I hope more people join.
Leonard P6
Cross country is lots of fun and I enjoy seeing how my fitness is changing.
Oscar, Prep 6
Cross country was so much fun this week, I’m so proud I’m on the team! Thank you to the teachers who organised it.
Beatrice, Prep 5
Cross country was awesome this week I still can’t believe that we had 48 runners 52 including all of the teachers who came along as well, the only downside is all the of muddy clothes and shoes for the parents to clean.
