Our predominantly U10 netball team has recently been completing in the Worsley Netball League, against other schools’ U11 sides. Whilst results have not always gone our way, the girls have shown constant improvement against these older teams and this is sure to stand them in good stead when this group move up to their age U11 level. Wardley Primary were our latest opponents, and credit to the team, they continued battling until the end despite the result and did themselves and the school proud. Special mention must go to Layla, who was voted Player of the Match by both coaches.
