Prep I and II had a fantastic day at the beach in Lytham St. Anne’s on Tuesday. After an uneventful minbus convoy from school, the hardest decision upon our arrival was what to do first: build a sandcastle, sunbathe, play football, paddle or just bury ourselves in the sand! After plenty of time doing all of the above, it was time for sandwiches and snacks, with real sand to complement them. A visit to the playground, a ride on the narrow gauge railway and an ice cream – what better way to round off an exciting day at the seaside.
