Prep I and II visit Stonyfold Farm

Key Stage 1 had fun at Stonyfold Farm on Thursday. We watched sheep being herded  by Paddy the Sheepdog, which was amazing.

We met an orphaned calf and watched him eat his lunch.

We watched all of the cows and pigs having their lunch and learnt all about the different foods they ate.

We discovered all about ‘pickled grass‘ which is used to feed the cattle over the winter.
