Outstanding netball was on display this week from our Prep netballers. A mixed Prep IV/V team won convincingly, 30–0, against CTK, showing fantastic teamwork. Albie, Theo and Zara could not stop scoring goals. Tutu and Joe were relentless in defence, while Claudia and Darcy attacked with speed and determination to keep possession of the ball. Mrs Tunney was very impressed.
Player of the Match: Albie – well done.
The Prep III/IV mixed team, with some players having never played a match against another school before, again showed outstanding teamwork and a never-give-up attitude. They won 15–0, with Zara once again leading the unstoppable scoring tally. Onlookers Mr Rooney and Miss Taylor were very impressed. Thanks go to Miss Taylor for her support in coaching the Prep III and IV players.
