IRONKIDS UK on 1 July 2023 is a run only-event for children aged 3-15 years, held as part of the IRONMAN UK weekend. Part of a global series of events, Bolton is home to the largest IRONKIDS event worldwide: thousands of young athletes raced through the streets of Bolton Town Centre, before finishing under the iconic IRONMAN finish gantry.
Early Years’ Isabel and Toby ran 500m (and well done to the grown ups who had to run with them!), Prep IV’s Benjamin, Florence and Beatrice ran 1km, and Prep VI’s Arthur ran 1.5km.
Well done to these children for their excellent efforts!
