Pownall Primary proved the latest in a tough round of fixtures for our Prep VI football and netball teams. The girls put in a strong performance, narrowly finishing on the wrong side of the scoreline, despite a fine performance. Prep V’s Amelia played up a level, her reward being the player of the match award from the other team.
The boys had a fantastic game, they worked so hard as a team and were a credit to the school. They had to battle hard throughout the game, and earned a well deserved win with Tommy scoring a great goal from the halfway line.
