After our Olympic exertions on Monday, today saw KS1 and KS2 children take part in our Sports Day activities. Mr. Altdorf had made careful contingencies to allow for the inclement weather promised, but as it turned out the rain stayed away and everyone got out onto the field to compete. From traditional 60m, 200m and 600m races, the shot putt, javelin, and cricket and rounders ball throws, to the bean bag balancing, egg and spoon and hoop race, there was something for everyone. Full results will be posted once Mr. Altdorf has sorted out his abacus, but in the meantime, enjoy these pictures of what was a super day.
