A small group of seven of the Prep Gardening Club travelled to Tatton Park today in what proved to be the culmination of seven months of planning and planting, as they planted up their show garden for the RHS Flower Show.  With expert guidance from Mr. Rooney, Mrs. Chilton, Mrs. Williams and Miss Armstrong, the children laid out their design and then planted the plants – 90% of which they have grown themselves.  The children worked extremely hard, and have created a beautifully coloured, well planned garden, so well done to them.  Fingers crossed now for next week’s judging when the show officially opens to the public.  Apologies to parents for the state of the children’s knees!
