On Wednesday 28th February the Bridgewater Prep Quiz Team battled the elements and drove through the snow to Lady Barn House School in Cheadle. They were there to represent the school and to compete against other ‘quizzers’ from Prep Schools in the North West- a strong field included teams from Bolton School, Greenbank, Altringham Prep and Lady Barn House. Our team consisted of pupils from each Prep class. Ethan, Alfie, Bharghav and Molly have been working on improving their General Knowledge over the last few months and this was their opportunity to put their hard work into practice. After answering thirty gruelling questions, Bridgewater scored well over 1000 points! We were narrowly beaten by Lady Barn House and Altrincham Prep Schools – only 20 points behind at the end of the competition. Well done everyone! Mr. Rooney and Mrs. Hadgianni were very proud of you.
