Bridgewater took a team of 47 athletes from Prep III to Prep VI to compete in the Independent Schools Association (North) athletics meet today. There was great endeavour from all our athletes, many of them competing for the fist time at such an event. We had lots of second and third places, and six of our eight relay teams qualified for their finals, but our most noteworthy result of the day was by Jack in Prep VI, who will now go to represent the North in the ISA Nationals in Birmingham in June after winning the shot putt competition. Well done to all, and a big thank you to our parent supporters who turned up in numbers to cheer our athletes on.
