Digital time is sometimes something children struggle to understand, especially in Prep III which is usually when their first encounter it.  However, help is at hand – in Prep III today, Bhargav was on hand to give his very own explanation when trying to work out digital time.

“On a clock, there is a very simple way to work out the digital time.  For example, on the 8, you add a zero to it to make 80.  Then, you half 80, which equals 40.  40 minutes is what 8 represents in digital time.  You can do this with any other number on the clock.”

Having explained it to the class, Prep III are on their way to becoming digital experts – well done Bhargav!
