Well, what a day we’ve had. I think we had more activities, than hours in the day!  A fabulous full English, followed by an exhilarating trek around the tree tops was how our morning began.  Beautiful sunshine was upon us and we enjoyed our lunch out on the benches by the play area at Brockhole.  In the afternoon, the tree top nets rounded off our active day, with the staff commenting that we were the best-behaved group of children they’d ever had the pleasure of supervising (proud Bridgewater moment)!  But the day didn’t end there… a gorgeous return boat trip over Windermere was partitioned by a kite flying session in the park!  As the sun began to set, we made our way back to the hostel to eat fish and chips and participate in Bridgewater X Factor, featuring Mrs. Seward as Cheryl, Miss Nairn as Louis, Miss Cary as Nicole and Miss Gill as Sharon.  Oh, and there were some very dodgy accents!  Feet up now…
