Under 9s play inaugural home game on new 3G pitch

u(sLast Thursday, Bridgewater Under 9s hosted Clarendon Cottage School for what proved to be the first school match on the new 3G pitch.  Although the final score was 13-3 to Bridgewater, the game was actually closer than the scoreline suggests and proved to be quite a competitive affair.  Zach Taylor bagged seven goals, Harvey Ogden and Anas Al Ismaili two each, and Ethan Ashadu and Matthew Corry one each.  Excellent team work and spirit shown from all the boys.

The match was played in torrential rain – hence the photographic quality! – but the 3G pitch held up to the elements and provided an excellent surface for the match.
