Our whole Prep Department visited St. Mark’s Church this morning for our Harvest Festival.  After Mrs. Nairn’s welcome to the many parents, grandparents (and great grandparents!) and other family members who were in attendance, we were treated to EYFS singing First The Little Roots Grow, followed by Prep I with Harvest Moon.  Prep II then sang Beautiful World and Prep III Turn, Turn.  The harvest theme was continued with Prep IV singing Summer, Autumn, Winter, Spring and Prep V with Does Everybody Know?  After a splendid rendition of The Singing Vegetables by Prep VI, the choir regaled us with When Seeds Grow and All Around Me Lord to close proceedings.

A selection of harvest baskets were presented during the service – they and the many more generous donations from parents will be distributed around the Salford area.
